FXTGEAX is an operating finance tool. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using FXTGEAX, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Permitted Use

You may use FXTGEAX to record and review business operating information, including income, expenses, waste, recipes, inventory, budgets, backups, and CSV exports. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

3. Local Data and Backups

FXTGEAX is designed to keep operating data on your device by default. You are responsible for maintaining device security, managing backups, and protecting exported files.

4. No Guaranteed Outcome

Dashboards, margin estimates, category insights, budget views, and alerts are provided to support decisions. Results depend on your inputs and should be reviewed before being used for important business decisions.

5. Restrictions

  • Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation.
  • Do not reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law.
  • Do not use FXTGEAX for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.

6. Changes

We may update the app or these terms as features, legal requirements, or operational needs change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
